THE CONCEPT
Served in the sun-dappled La Galerie, our afternoon tea is designed to delight. Enjoy dipping into freshly-baked pastries, refined savoury sandwiches and delicate sweet cakes, including the signature red 100% Plaza dessert.

THE PASTRY CHEF
Executive pastry chef Angelo Musa is a winner of the World Pastry Chef award and 2007 winner of ‘Meilleur Ouvrier de France’. With a wealth of experience within France and abroad, Angelo adds his own creative and distinctive stamp to our menus.

THE TEA
When it comes to selecting a tea, our extensive menu features exceptional blends from around the world, carefully curated by tea connoisseur Lydia Gauiter.
